Aims and objectives - Delegates will have opportunities to:
- Explore the principles, skills and terminology which support effective practice related to Letters and Sounds;
- Become familiar with all aspects of Letters and Sounds Phase 1 and their vital role in the pre-school years;
- Gain confidence in collaboratively planning and delivering play based activities which promote children’s phonological development;
- Explore ways in which enabling environments (inside and out) can support children’s progress in early literacy skills.
