Early Education will seek to deepen governing bodies, headteachers and
managers understanding of the importance of ensuring that those staff

qualifications and experience to do so. Sunderland Branch
Early Education resolves that the Single Formula Funding should be applied
by local authorities in accordance with the guidance from the DCSF so that
the viability of maintained nursery schools is not threatened. Oxfordshire Branch
Members of Early Education seek reassurance from the Northern Ireland

pre-school sector will continue to receive adequate support and professional
