A particular issue for many settings, especially for reception classes, has been how to effectively involve parents and the children themselves in the assessment process. Yet we know that involving them makes a huge difference to outcomes for the children. In this course Vicky will use her experiences of working with a wide range of settings as they develop their assessment processes. Some exciting ways to involve both children and their parents will be discussed.
