The Wellbeing of Children under Three

Aims and objectives - Delegates will have opportunities to:

  • The key message of this course is that a child’s well-being is paramount if projected expectations surrounding child development are to take place; in other words, well-being is central to children ‘doing well’.
  • The course has an emphasis on developing the staff team who can work collaboratively to develop ways of providing high-quality learning environments so that all the children in their care feel full of well-being; secure, happy, and able to thrive.

The course leader can also include a focus on staff wellbeing as part of this course.
