Group membership

We have three tiers of Group membership, for a group of staff at a single setting:

• Group A - up to 5 contacts & 2 copies of each Journal - £150
• Group B - up to 10 contacts & 4 copies of each Journal - £255
• Group C - up to 25 contacts & 6 copies of each Journal - £335

Group membership is a significant saving on having individual membership, and can be shared flexibly between staff, provided the number of contacts with logins for the website and numbers attending any one event don't exceed the number of contacts for the group.  That means with a Group A membership you can choose for any five of your staff to have logins to the website and receive our email updates, and any five (not necessarily the same as the ones with logins) to attend any single event.

University and college membership

Universities and colleges which take out group membership (Group A, B or C), in addition to the specified number of staff contacts will also be able to claim free student membership for all registered full-time students on relevant courses. Details of how students can access this will be provided with the joining pack.

Direct Debit discount

Pay by Direct Debit from a UK bank account and receive a £5 discount on your annual subscription. Choose your membership type from the list below: on the page of the membership of your choice, there will be a link to complete an Instruction, which will take you to our Direct Debit Provider, GoCardless, in a new browser window. Once you have completed the mandate, it will return you to our website to confirm that this has been successful.

Multi-site membership

Save even more money when multiple settings joining under a single membership. If you are part of a chain, federation or other group arrangement, you can now buy one membership to cover multiple sites or settings. 

The main site membership costs £335 per year, with each additional site costing a further £57.  The main membership covers up to 25 members of staff, and each additional site adds another 5 contacts.  We'll send 6 copies of the Early Education journal to the main site and 2 copies to each additional site.

Based outside the UK?  You can still join - an additional postage fee will be added to your basket on checking out for the additional postage costs.
