Oxfordshire Branch event - Equality, Race, and Unconscious Bias

Price:
£15.00

Equality, Race, and Unconscious Bias. The question of equality and diversity is not a new one in early years this can be a challenging area for us to confront in ourselves and in others, even if we have made efforts in the past to explore and review our own values, there is always more to learn so our behaviours can be adjusted. This session will look at possible barriers to productive conversations, explore our environments, and look at the implicit or explicit messages that they are sending, and look at the different forms bias can unconsciously be part of our school or settings ethos.
