Sally is motivated by the belief that every child should experience a childhood they remember as wonderful, safe, challenging, fun and exciting. She is committed to working collaboratively and building relationships that are underpinned by mutual trust and respect. She has a successful track record in the fields of school improvement and pedagogy which has been recognised at national level. She specialises in working with children from birth to seven, though has a great knowledge and experience of the whole primary age range. She works to encourage and empower both leaders and practitioners who work with children and their families.
