Pembury House Nursery School and Children’s Centre is seeking an Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. Working with the Head of School, you will set the vision for the future of the school and children’s centre, ensuring we have the right people and plans in place to meet the needs of the children and families in our local community.

Pembury is a member of Haringey Early Years Schools Alliance which is a federation of three maintained nursery schools led by an Executive Headteacher and one governing Body. Recently inspected Pembury House achieved an exceptional grade from ofsted.

If you are passionate about Early Years and are an exceptional teacher this could be the new challenge you have been looking for. We are not necessary looking for someone with years of experience but someone who has some leadership experience and is keen to grow with our school. If you are resilient, innovative and has the type of enthusiasm that’s infectious, innovating change in a positive way, this could be the role for you. Our federation is committed to action research and a commitment would need to be made to this from the successful candidate.
